Is the Enlight 7237 already set to 110V?

If not, how do I check and change what it is set at?

The red voltage selection switch on the back of PS's can be set to two positions. One is ~110 VAC, the other is ~220 VAC. There's a slot in the sliding switch that the tip of a small common("flat blade")screwdriver fits into. Just make sure that ~220VAC isn't selected and visible, if you live in Canada or the USA.
