Is the Enlight 340w PSU sufficient for this system?

I am getting ready to build a system with the following:

AMD Athlon XP 2100+
Volcano 6 HS/Fan
256MB PC2700 DDR RAM
80GB WD Hard Drive
16x DVD
40x10x40 CR-RW
64MB DDR AGP Video
56k Modem
Onboard NIC

Now that AMD no longer recommends specific power supplies for their processors, I am wondering if the Enlight 340w PSU (Enlight 7237 case) is sufficient?
