Today when I was using my PC and heard a click sound. I check the S.M.A.R.T info. for my drives.

Seagate 2.5" 500GB. This one showed raw value of 1 for reallocated sector.

The other same model as this one had a raw value of 0 .

A single reallocated sector isn't much to worry about. If you notice an upward trend, replace the drive immediately.

Given that this is an older drive which has seen about 5 years of active use, it would also be reasonable to preemptively replace it with a SATA SSD. There are plenty of good options in the $55-65 range.

Yeah, the drive is old enough. The PSU probably is dying too. Need new stuff.

That screenshot looked like the external Seagate I bought for my son to use with his Xbox One. It began with one reallocated sector, and it got worse very quickly after that.

He complained he was having issues with it, so I checked out it's health connecting it to my PC (first with CrystalDisk and later SeaTools). Pretty much about 30 days later, it was basically dead. I bought it for him as a Christmas present, and it lasted about 15 months. Problem was it only had a 1 year warranty. :p
