Is the BTX tower case designed to have the motherboard on the right?

Nobody seems to be sure over at the Hardforum:
Thread

Looking at the AT article here, the descriptions and pictures of MicroBTX cases seem to be contradictory.

I figured I'd ask here since it's an AT article and nobody on the seems to know, or if they do they haven't posted. So the question is this- are we all going to have to operate our power buttons and manipulated CDs with our left hands?

The motherboard will switch sides of the case. I don't see why you should have to put the case on the other side of your monitor (unless you have a pretty windowed case 🙂).

Well it seems we've reached the same conclusion at . I plan to window my BTX case when I get it, so it will be on the other side. I may however custom fab my own case for BTX on the 'normal' side, I've considered doing that for a while now.

When you put the HardOCP H in brackets, it messes up the formatting, causing the black text.
