Is the ATI 9700 pro also a TV tuner card?

This may be a dumb question, but I really am not sure if it is. It doesn't seem to be called an "all in wonder."
I see in the specs that it decodes DTV and HDTV, does that mean it functions as a TV tuner?

The normal 9700 Pro does not have a tuner built in, so no you cant watch tv on it. However, they do make a 9700 Pro All-In-Wonder version (for roughly $450) that does have the tv-tuner built in.

If you want those features get the LEADTEK WINFAST "DELUXE" TV2000XP and then the regular 9700 Pro, you save a ton of money.

Over what? an AIW 9700 pro is cheaper and better than that combination.

Last i checked a 9700Pro AIW was $449 or so.

9700Pro is now $299 + $54 for the tv tuner card = $353

And a better remote given that it's radio frequency (works through walls, no direct line of sight), and the Leadtek is infared. Perfect for running your mp3 collection, etc.
