The nice thing about the Deluxe boards is the superior 16+4 power delivery over other boards so you have rock solid voltage for over clocking. Ivy is not nearly as reliant on power delivery as previous chips, so I would say the one big thing the Deluxe has going for it is not important for an Ivy system. I own older Asus Deluxe boards and love them, but for my new Ivy build I stepped back/over to the Sabertooth board.
