Is the Asus P5E (intel x-38) a good buy?

Dear all,

my parents computer did crash so i helped them out with my gigabyte p35c-ds3r mainboard. I have to buy a mainboard tomorrow so that i can assemble my pc tomorrow.
What I have
- a p182 antec case with quattro 850 w power suply
- 4 x 2 gb kingston hyper x ddr 2 ramm
- geforce 8800 gts with 320 ddr (for the moment 🙂)
- 2 x 500 gb sata harddisks
- e8500

Is the asus p5e with the x-38 chipset a good buy for this setup?

thanks for the reply. There seems to be a mistake so i added some info, the p5e is an x-35 chipset, not the nvidia one,
