I thinking of going Intel, would this be a good motherboard for a P4 2.8 ghz cpu?
Any other good boards, I haven't worked with Intel before, so I need help deciding.
I'll mostly use my system for high end gaming.

Asus makes a good product. I am happy with my Asus nForce board and I imagine their Granite Bay is just as good.

The P4G8X comes with the ASUS name which many people associate with "quality". I think that ANY E7205 (ie: Granite Bay) board is the best solution for an Intel box - assuming you can afford it & find it. Personally, I think the MSI GNB is a better deal than the P4
G8X - it has better sound (Cmedia) plus wireless for only about $30 more than the P4G8X. I got a GNB on Ebay for $250 and will have it on 1/8/03.
