Is the ASUS M2nPV-VM a good mobo?

This mobo fits my budget and also accomodates my newly acquired PC2-6400 DDR2 800 2GB OCZ Ram. Now I ask you tech gurus to help me out a bit, all my previous systems were Asus mobo's with AMD's I plan on using this with the the AM2 3800 single core (I dont need a demanding CPU, hence I am staying with Single Core) along with a Raptor 75GB and a PVR-150 and an ATI AIW x800XL and a couple of other HDD's for recording purposes. All this will be under a 450 watt Antec SmartPower PSU that came inside my Sonata II case. If not than I have a CoolerMaster Xtreme 600 Watt PSU (which I found out, is actually a 500 Watt PSU). Suggestions? Comments? Please. Thanks in Advance.

'Just noticed this board myself. 'Looks like it will compete with the MSI K9NGM2, the improved successor to the very attractive (S939) K8NGM2-FID (which has a great support thread here).

Unfortunately, the new MSI K9N board isn't listed as available in the US, yet -- some places in Europe advertise it, so perhaps it will immigrate shortly.

Sorry, no useful advice regarding your board, just a heads up on the competition....

I've now built 28 systems with this board, and it seems great!
One caveat though...do NOT use the automatic driver installer on the disc (installs all the drivers with one click)! It causes a conflict with a MS driver that is VERY hard to resolve...the solution is to install the drivers one at a time, and it works like a charm.
Most of my clients are using them as either media PCs or file servers (with the on-board video), but I have one client using them as a graphics workstation (with an NVidia Quadro FX) and everyone has reported them to be most excellent...

Edit: BTW, the majority of the systems were built using the SATA Raid 5 (3 drives) plus a PATA boot drive...I also don't overclok on these systems (not very good mobos for OC).

I 've build 5 or 6 systems at our office with this board and other than the driver disk's all in one install they seem to be ok. My only issue I am having now is on one that I'm trying to install 4 GB or Ram on (4x1GB). I was wondering if Viditor or anyone else may have had this issue or known how to fix it? I've tried up the voltage a bit, but it's not meant to be an overclocking board so it's not very precise.
But other than that it's a good all around board.

4 dimm memory limitation on the AMD onboard memory controller comes to mind (I know these are new controllers but anything is possible). Is the 2T command rate available? One of the DFI techs has their new AM2 board and will be posting more results (including 4 dimm testing) latter this week. I have not seen any results online of using 4 dimms with an AM2 processor on any board!
