talk radio was on this subject this morning. Raul Garcia executed a uniformed Denver cop and wounded another last mothers day and fled to Mexico. Mexico never sends their citizens back to the US to face capital charges but they did in this case so long as Garcia didnt face life in prison or the needle. So now the scumbag is in a Denver county jail as he should be waiting for trial. Dog got his start here in Denver so there is some connection.

but isnt it strange that Dog was arrested by US Marshalls for going to mexico and brining that convicted rapist back to the states. also Dog truly belives that he is a trade between the mexican and american government for some high level drug dealers that the americans want.

something smells with this whole deal.

It's a huge waste of resources. He nabbed the guy in Mexico, the Mexican authorities wanted to try him down there for something, but because they won't extradite back to the US, Dog refused and brought the guy back himself. I have no idea what kind of charges they can bring against him for that, but I'd imagine they'd only amount to minor contempt or something, yet the USM went out of their way to arrest him and send him down anyways.

The charges are Illegal Detention punishable by 6 months to 4 years in Mexico's finest correctional institution. Bounty hunters are by Mexican law not allowed in Mexico. Mexico has a national law making the profession of being a bounty hunter illegal. But then the guy had 87 charges of date rape against him and jumped bail during the trial. He was found guilty of 86 of the 87 charges
