Is the amd64 3000+, gigabyte a-k8n pro and 1 gig 2x512 pc3200 a good setup?

thats what I just built. im running the non pro (i wont be raiding) and 512 of 3200. I like it a lot. next is the 6600gt and ill be all set. I also dont over clock so im not sure if this is good for that.

Supposedly the gigabyte boards are not good for overclocking and have some issues, but I don't own one and can't say for sure...

I have heard that some of the gigabyte Nforce3 boards have issue with some ram, but haven't used one either, im just speaking from what i've read. If it runs fine then looks like a good setup for the money.
