is the Alpha PAL6035 still a decent heatsink nowadays?

iam getting my DDR system soon and will be suing a FOP32-1 for cooling a 1ghz AXIA, should i get a Alpha and use a fan adapter with a 80mm fan?

the pal6035 is getting a bit dated. Still works for me though, have a duron 750@933 and generally stays around 35c idle - 39c load.
has the 38cfm delta 60mm.

Put a Delta HP on it and it'll match closely most of todays best performers...
