Is the Aim buddy list server down?

I keep getting buddy list server errors when trying to login to aim via ICQ or Trillian. Anybody got any ideas if this is down (as the rumors have been suggesting) and if so, when will it be back up?

yeah thats whats happening to me.... this SN is useless though becuase i haven't used it in like 2 years

Some Trillian users are having problems too... I know there are some patch out for Trillians

I updated trillian with the newest patch to see if it was that and it broke my ICQ list :|
And AIM is still busted

I was having problems with 3 of my sn's and was wondering what was up. This confirmed it.

been on for 5 days, before a reboot, and not a problem

Same problems... using one sn, I couldn't get my buddy list, using the other, I couldn't even access the AIM network. I then upgraded to AIM 5.1 and it worked again... probably isolated incidents...

Yeah, I had some issues where IM went down and then came back up. I don't know whats happening. Sounds like something is screwed up with the server.

Wow, for once, one of these "Is AIM down?" threads is actually legit. I think many people are having problems, but I'm sure things'll be fixed soon enough.
