? Is the a device that converts an RCA output to a VGA monitor ?

I just got a mobile dvd player for my van and had an interesting idea.

the cheapest 7in LCD (video input) I could find on egay was more than $300, and I just bought a 15in Envision LCD (vga input) for $250. So it got me to thinking..

Is there a device, a converter if you will, that takes an RCA video signal (output from DVD player) and converts it to VGA (input to 15in LCD)????

they've got some pretty good prices on small lcd screens that take composite over at www.partsexpress.com (i think)....as for your converter....i know you can go from 15pin to composite....such as those things that take your computer and put it on TV's for when you're making a presentation.....never seen it the other way around though, good luck!
