Is the 9700 (pro and non) being phased out?

With the 9600 on the way at a ~$200 (Ultra) pricepoint, will ATI push to eliminate the 9700 completely?

With prices for the non-pro 9700 close to $200 now, I'm just wondering where it fits into ATI's plans? I'd like to purchase a new card, and it seems as if the 9700 is far ahead better than the 9600 for only a few dollars more.

wow. Only weeks ago i bought non pro for $232. o well!!!
But hey i did get the locked pro version. Got my self a pro now
