Just wondering if anyone knew if this reveiw was still coming out. I remember reading back around 8/20/02 that it was supposed to come out that week.. I 've kinda been postponing my orders, until i read that and saw what the new boards are like at the end of this month.
So far I looking to build whats below. Any recommendations are fully welcome. I want to OC to the fullest extent.

1.8A
P4b533E
Corsair or Samsung (2700,3000,3200) Don't really know, and don't want to spend money on to high of grade if not being utilized
Wd 80Gb Special edition
Gainward G4 Ti4200 (128)
Case Antec or Enermax (haven't a clue which one or how high a PSU, don't plan on using raid, and will only have a cdrw, and dvd)

I'll be doing individual 845GE/PE reviews, and since it's coming out relatively soon, we're not sure if 845G is necessary...

I'm probably out of place with this comment because of the "post total" attached to this sig but why start the original thread of "what do you want to see in the 845G MB reveiw" if you don't plan on posting your results. Apparently alot of people responded so it is of interest. Also as of mid august you said you were almost done, why not just post your results thus far if you don't plan on fully completing. PLease don't get me wrong, I thoroughly enjoy your reveiws and fully apprecitae what you do, I would just like to see what you've got done so far.

As I'll very likely be purchasing an i845G motherboard, I'd be very interested in seeing your i845G roundup. Even after the new chipsets come out, there will still be people buying i845G boards, just like some of the i845E boards are still popular. Besides, its not like you have anything to lose by going ahead and publishing it (I'm assuming that you've already done most of the work on the roundup).

TomsHardware has an 845G roundup...it's not AT, but better than nothing. Since it's not a CPU "secret preview" you can probably trust it.
