I have been into body building and taking protein shakes and creatine. I dunno if its creatine working or what but I saw my weight shoot up like 7-8 pounds from when I started working out that like 3 months or so. I think I am bulking up and am scared that I might put on fat weight so from last 8-10 days or so have been trying to excercise kinda daily. Doing more cardio stuff.
This is what I did last week

mon: jogging / running
tue : chest/triceps
wed: tennis
thu: tennis/ running
fri: back/arms
sat: legs
sun: tennis

Should I go in for shoulders today ? My legs are pretty sore but my upper body has had a rest.
Does creatine add on to fat weight or its just muscle retaining water ?

You SHOULD be gaining weight. Actually, you should try to gain about a pound a week to insure that you are getting enough food for muscle growth. I know that it is scary to see you weight jump up, but you will get little to no growth of new muscle unless you eat enough.

edit: creatine does the second.

I am gaining weight. For the first week or so I did take creatine with proper rest and stuff. Felt real good as I was lifting more than I was used to. But I had a comment or two by people saying I had put on weight which scared the hell out of me so I just went crazy last week doing all sorts of excercises.

What is your goal? If you want to put on muscle, you're going to have to put on weight (unless you are an absolute beginner). You know what you're doing and what your goal is, who cares what the other people think or say. When you're ready to show off the new muscle then concentrate on losing the fat. Rmember, generally speaking, you can NOT gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. The reason: to gain muscle you have to eat more calories; too lose fat you have to eat less calories. See the dilemma? Now, what is your goal?
