Is that normal sound come from water pump ?

Here the sound I talk about

The Problem that I can't confirm that the noise comes from water pump, I lowered the rpms from all my fans and I think it comes from water pump but when I run fan expert to full speed (Which make all the fans spins to highest speed) the noise is gone My AIO Water cooler is enermax liquid cooling II 240, my CPU temp is fine even underload I know the subforum is not for closed loop water cooler but this is my first pc build and I'm little paranoid
