Sorry if this is a common knowledge.. but is tablet PCs available for consumres to buy yewt?
I've been kinda busy for the last couple of months.. and has been away from computer news..
 
Yes . . . and no.

The very latest PC Magazine has a main article devoted to it . . . you might want to check their online site here.

MS has not yet released it's XP Tablet PC Edition (scheduled for Q3) or determined pricing. Right now Fujitsu has the Lifebook P-1000 for around $1700 and it's LT P 600 ($3659) and it's 3500 ($4000) models. Even Viewsonic has one for around $2K.

I'd wait. So many interesting tablets are being developed right now . . . and handwriting recognition software is still being worked on.
