hey there.

i just got back from europe (yeah!) and i want to get my system cracking away at those blocks again, but i can't find ta_seti@hotmail.com on the stats page anymore. are those seti guys still donating blocks to TA rc5? if not, whose team should i join? i couldn't find anything by searching, but the whole layout of the site has changed since i left, so i'm probably doing it wrong. thanks for the help guys.

My son and his girlfriend are back from school for the summer and i don't think their machines are connected to the internet or even running right now.
That is a PIII450 and a PIII8XX that should be cracking for TA_SETI.
D@mned kids... they need to look at their priorities. 😉
 
i forgot that they changed the name to seti cavalry. now my rig can get crunching.

a full report on europe would take a long time to write up, but sure i'll do it. not here though. i'll post it in off topic either today or tomorrow and i'll post in this thread that it's up.

I got yelled at a number of months back for referring to the team as Seti Calvary rather than Cavalry. I was presented with the dictionary entry for both words. Recently I was reading a book by James A. Michener where he stated that it is very common for Southern Men to mix up the two words. I was pleasantly surprised to see that in writing. 😀 So, do it anyway you wish!

btw, calvary is a real word? i gotta look this up!
