Loading fine for me. But, some others mentioned a problem yesterday. Might just be some bad hops, or servers down in specific areas.

It's really weird. I can load teamanandtech.com from my house fine, but from school (just 15 minutes down the road) it doesn't work. This caused me to lose about 4000 blocks this morning to randoms since my pproxy ran out of blocks (it flushes through proxy.teamanandtech.com and couldn't find the server). This is really weird . . .

Different pproxy. They're talking about the Team AnandTech pproxy, not TA Cube. But, I think the name entry for TA Cube pproxy is on the same DNS server as the other, so there may be also be issues there.

The "tacube.teamanandtech.com" DNS is maintained by Brad, and I think "teamanandtech.com" is also.

I haven't been seeing any problem with updating to the pproxy here, though, and the vast majority are fetching and flushing to the name entry.

IP address for teamanandtech.com comes up as 204.209.128.158 when I ping the name.

I have also noticed the resolving problem that is occuring. I have already contacted the company that is doing the DNS hosting and should hear back soon. Right now it is a very intermittent problem, as if it is timing out on random hostname queries. I have been able to reproduce it on three different remote locations, where it will resolve one hostname but die on the next query. Hopefully it is fixed soon!

I cant resolve www.teamanandtech.com from my ISP's name servers, but edge, core and teamanandtech.com all resolved fine through them. My DNS cache on my machine however resolves them all fine. I think the problem may lie within the name servers the domain is registered with, according to my whois the name servers teamanandtech.com belongs to are NS1.WORLDWIDEDNS.NET, NS2.WORLDWIDEDNS.NET, NS1.GRANITECANYON.COM, NS2.GRANITECANYON.COM (sorry for caps, its copy and pasted). The first two are not resolving the domain and this may be preventing name servers from properly caching the domain.
 
Ok, here's where we stand right now. Our usual DNS provider is definately having problems, as Brad stated. If things don't clear up by tomorrow, we'll raise plenty of hell. In the meantime, you'll have to navigate by IP.🙁

As for proxy.ta.com; I don't know if we can even do anything about that. It's dynamic, so if it goes down, you'll just have to manually pick a BB from Brad's list. Depending on how things go, we may be able to get things working before our DNS provider is up. As it was previously noted, we're using granite canyon as a backup again, so though some miricle if they actually work once, you'll see something. Sorry about this guys, but it's out of our hands, for now.🙁
