Is System Temp the same thing as chipset temp?

I have a DFI NForce 4 motherboard?

In the BIOS under PC Health Status, it lists the CPU TEMP, SYSTEM(Inside) TEMP. and SYSTEM(Outside) TEMP. Is either of the System Temp readings the NForce 4 chipset temperature? The reason I ask is I want to make sure the chipset temperature is ok since I put a custom passive heatsink on it.

Both system temperature readings are around 30-35 degrees Celsius.

It's likely one of the temps is the PWM section for the CPU (a bunch of caps and stuff, it gets hot) and the lower one is a sensor placed somewhere on the mobo for case temps. That's the most common, but SYSTEM(inside) and SYSTEM(outside) is kinda strange.
