I like ordering from SVC. The prices are cheap and they usually fsckup my order and send me free stuff. 7/11 orders wrong.

My uv case lights went out. The just sent me knew ones and didnt ask for the old ones back. Awsome company.

They screwed up on my last order. Sent me the wrong item TWICE! I want a refund on the item ($6.99 fan) but they want me to ship back the incorrect item. WTH.

Down for me. My only order so far was good, the only issue was that something was out ot stock so it was delayed.
