Is Stone Mountain in GA worth visiting?

I'll be down to Hotlanta later tonight, and Im staying in a Marriott right by Stone Mountain. Is Stone Mountain worth checking out? How much does it cost?

I will say yes. The view is great when you get on the top. The day I visited it was nothing but blue sky. You could see for miles. It was several years ago so I don't remember the exact cost. I'm sure we had a group rate.

try to go towards teh end of the day while there's still some light out.

1. It might be a little cooler
2. you can get some pictures while it's still light out
3. check out the laser show they put on when it gets dark

I'd go there just to workout if I didn't live so far away. The climb makes for a really nice workout.

if i remember correctly, there's a cool little antique museum there with awesome cars(the Tucker, for one) and really unique jukeboxes.
