i concur. OP - one could probably say that the term is used in an overwhelming percentage of rap music. i'm not offended personally, and when i'm listening to Cypress Hill for example, i don't self-bleep myself when that term comes along in the lyrics. i would never use it in conversation, and wince when other people do - but let's face it - it's part of that musical genre.

If taken the right context, I don't think it's racist. It's the kind of racial comedy that is dumb and tongue-in-cheek.

If this is racist, Chappelle's show is more racist :p
