After weeks of trying in vain to contact Step Thermodynamics by phone, FAX, email, and snail mail, I can't get an answer from them in any form. They owe my several hundred dollars, and a repaired or replaced motherboard. I know they "no longer sell to individuals", but they have not stated that they have gone out of business. Does anyone know if they are still in business?
