Is Steam not doing reduced bundle pricing anymore when you already own some of the bundle?

Lately when I click on bundles, I am not getting reduced prices as this article ^ would indicate if I already own some of the content. I was hoping to get the current Dishonored bundle to get the remaining DLC but when I click the bundle it's the full price despite already owning some of the content. Did Valve quietly stop doing this or is something just bugged on my end?

Did you check other bundles? I just checked and it still does it for me for Fallout, but it doesn't for Dishonored. Maybe some games just aren't allowing it?

I have Dishonored but not the DLC. It shows up as $9.99, 50% off for the definitive edition. Buying all the DLC seperately adds up to $8.96.

So maybe its just this deal is not offering the discount. I got a 10% discount on stellaris dlc about two weeks ago for having the main game.

Didn't even realized steam did this, one thing they should have fully implemented from gog long time ago.

So I learned there is a difference between what they call "Packages" and what they call "Bundles".

If it's a Bundle, it will take into account products you already own and adjust the price accordingly.

If it's a Package, it doesn't do any adjusting, you can only buy the full package for the listed price.
