Is steam down?

Doesn't work for me either. I decided to finally pick up the orange box and it was downloading just fine last night. This morning EP1, EP2 are both at 30%, Portal is 94% (The one I really want to play), and TF2 is in the forties.

Checked the bandwidth and it was zero.

I also had problems with their forums. Additionally, now I can't even log into my account.
 
Steam - We are experiencing a network outage which is preventing users from connecting to the Steam servers. We hope to have the problem resolved shortly.
