Is Steam (Counter-Strike) down right now?

i can't seem to connect to any servers...and all the servers seem awfully empty..usually being 20/20 they are at like 2 or 4 out of 20...well i keep getting this error verifying steam userid ticket message... ARHHGGGGHH STEAM SUCKS!!!!

i was just about to post this too... if you look at steam's website , there's a huge drop spike....

i guess it's down right now =(.

I'm quite happy with Steam, although I'm now banned from secure servers for "hacking" when I haven't used a single hack in my life. The only non-stock mod I use is CS Realism

and to add on to that, their 'friends' buddy list thing has been down for the past several days.
