Is "Stark Raving Dad" the most memorable episode of the Simpsons?

They aired it tonight. Its the episode where Bart and Michael Jackson sing "Happy Birthday Lisa".

IMO, its the most memorable episode of the whole series.

Three I'd place higher:

The plant strike episode
(Lisa Needs Braces! Dental Plan! Lisa Needs Braces...)

-and-

Monorail!
(Sorry Marge the mob has spoken.)

-and-

"Grimey" Grimes

Is that the one where Bart and Homer go to the race tracks and bring home Santa's Little Helper (hence the name)?

I haven't watched a full season since early 2000's

I want to watch them but there are so many episodes and the DVD's aren't out yet. The show still makes me laugh, but not as constant as Scrubs, Raymond, Office, and Family Guy.

"Which popular "Simpsons" characters have died in the past year? If you said Bleeding Gums Murphy and Dr. Marvin Monroe, you are wrong: they were never popular!"

Marge: Homer, when I met you, you weren't an astronaut. You didn't even know how to use a touchtone, but I _still_ respected you and I always will, no matter what.

[touchtone sounds come from the phone]

Homer, you already dialed.

That and the part where Homer tries to outshine Barney by cartwheeling while reciting "There once was a man from Nantucket" while smashing into equipment were friggin hilarious. Hell, the whole episode is great.

LOL - it's this kind of humor which is so sorely missing from the last, oh, I don't know, 10 seasons...
