I have the paid version. It definitely is more thorough than the free ones (some of which are very good), and will find more stuff.

yes its a good little anitspyware program......i use to like microsoft antispyware beta better but they made this over it......still its worsk well

Adaware + Spybot + MS Defender + Sypware Blaster = Invincibility. Havn't had a spyware infection in months with this config (save for some tracking cookies now and then)
