Is SpecTek-3 memory made by Micron?

First off, the memory in question is this:
GeIL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail

Secondly, the chips that are used on these are SpekTek-3 as shown here:
GEIL PC6400 Ultra - GX22GB6400UDCA

Thirdly, the comment made by a reviewer on Newegg by the name of gigabit about this memory:

I believe they are made by micron but.....dont kid yourself. They are not micron d9's. I wouldnt expect them to overclock even close to micron d9 levels.

And dont go by what newegg reviewers say. Trust me, those people usually have no clue what they are talking about.

That is good memory and a good price but, there is cheaper stuff out there that would most likely perform the same or better.

ive had spectek and it is d9 memory . the last 2 gb set it had was ddr2-533 rated, but the chips were ddr2-400 rated d9s, usually you can still see the micron labeling as its rubbed out and the spectek is put on top. but usually you can see it if you look at it at an angle.
