Is SP1 integrated in SP2??

Having just reinstalled, I noticed that when I went through the Windows update hoops after installing a non sp1 install of XP that Windows update didn't install SP1, instead installing security updates and eventual SP2.

Is SP1 integrated in these other updates, or did Windows update/I screw up?

Yes, all of SP1's updates are in SP2.
