I see everyone here talking about 70 -90 fps on max settings but I'm only getting about 30 fps...is there something wrong or is this about what I should be getting? I have an Athlon XP 1800, GeForce 3 Ti 200 (oc to 500/220) 256 MB DRR PC 2100, an Epox 8kha+. I'm using winxp pro. I'm running the 22.80 drivers and I play at 1600 x 1200 with max detail on all my settings, V Sync is turned on, and antialiasing is off. Shouldn't I be getting better than 30 FPS in games like RTCW, Serious Sam, Medal of Honor etc.? In 3dmark 2001 I get abotu 7500. I see a lot of people who have similar setups to mine bragging about fps in the 80-90 range and 3d mark scores in the 8000-9000 range so why aren't I seeing the same results? Anyone have any ideas?

Well, it might very well be windows xp. I'm using a oc'd gainward geforce 2 ti; when running cs under win xp i average around 50 fps or so, under ME it runs at a solid 99. May not be the answer, but definately a big difference I've noticed. I'm running a 1.2 athlon on msi kt133 and 256 meg ram.
