Is something wrong if my cavities hurt more after being filled?

Ugh, had a few cavities filled last week, and they hurt like hell right now. Is something wrong? I've had a few before and none ever hurt like this. I poor listerine onto the area about twice a day for some extremly intense pain.

The soreness will go away TallBill; most likely the reason you are still feeling discomfort is that these cavities are closer to the root than your cavities in the past 🙂

Yeah, thats probably the case. This is up there with my most severe mouth pain ever. And I've been through braces, orthodontics, teeth pulled, molars turned, etc.

Weird, I've had root canals done and I really didn't experience any discomfort.
