Got a new case and transferred all hardware. Powered on normally, boots up fine and runs. I shutdown, switch off power supply, and unplug power supply. I disconnect power and IDE from my back up drive (I was gonna reformat my OS drive and do a clean install of windows) plug power supply back in and switch power supply on. I turn on computer and fans spin for a sec, green LED lights for a second but then it shuts down. I try turning it on but no response. I only get the fans and LED response after I shut off and on the power supply. I am hoping that I didn't fry something (PSU, board). Any thoughts?

Reseed the CPU on the motherboard and verify that CPU fan connector is in the correct plug for motherboard and not case fan, system fan, pwr supply monitor, etc by accident.
