Well in the 'old days' you just had PGA cpus not FC-PGA. The FC stands for Flip Chip because the core of the CPU is on the top side in direct contact w/ the HSF where as w/ the original PGA cpus the core faced downward into the socket. It'd be pretty safe to say any modern day HSF you see will work w/ Socket 370 and a FC-PGA cpu if it lists one or the other in it's specs.
