IS SMKsuperstore a Safe Place to Buy CPUs?

Howdy,
Thinking of buying an XP3200+ from the SMKsuperstore, presently only $129 +tax, which is a great price.

But has anyone done business with them? Their website is so barebones that it makes me wary.

I would just buy from newegg i dont think ive ever heard anything bad about them which is amazing and they are very competitive in pricing.
