Read the EULA.

It installs a "Search Assistant" (code word for "spyware" despite the "No Spyware" slogan on the main page) and a bunch of other crapware.

I do give them credit, however, for noting that all of the crapware that the package installs are individually uninstallable from Add/Remove programs.

In fact, I am very impressed with the disclosure in the EULA.

Personal opinion: no way in hell would I even consider installing that stuff on my machine.

For the record... if someone sent me an email caked with annoying smilies... I'd promptly delete it.

It has spyware, or at least used to, I have had to clean PCs where users installed this.
