Is SmartPower 350w enough for X2 3800 plus

1G ram, a couple of hard drives, X300se and no overclocking. The machine is mainly for video editing and burning DVD.

My TruePower 380W just died on me. This smartPower 350W (24 pins) is a spare one, but I am kind of worry that heavy load will kill it soon as well. Any suggestion? Thanks ahead.

I have a X2 3800@2400 running on a 350 smart power, but only one hard drive, and PCI 1 meg video card. I think you are fine at stock.

It should run on it as the graphics card won't use a huge amount of power - only the CPU is higher consumption being dual-core. I'd say it will be Ok, but the bare minimum I'd be comfortable with.

it wont live long enough to be a permanent supply, but for a temporary one, it should do just fine. you can use it for a little while before getting a 400-450 to be safe.
