Is SLES free? Suse Linux Enterprise Server question

I've read the EULA and done some research on various forums, and it looks to me like SLES is free, however the updates and support are not. Is that accurate?

You can install it and use it for free. But to get updates you need to have a valid support contract.

Thanks. Now I just need to think of an eloquent way to tell my manager that it says that in the EULA, which he says he's read but he obviously hasn't. :)

Set all the clocks a half hour ahead of time and pretend that it’s the real time. Then keep asking, "What's the REAL time?"

It'll drive him nuts!

Once he's confused, pull a "Columbo", and you're home free!
