Is Slackware 8.0 Install ISO downlaoded CD supposed to be bootable?

as long as its not evaluation then it should be bootable. They only started using evalulations at 7.2, so it should work for you

every linux ISO I've ever downloaded has been bootable. You do know that you dont just put the .ISO file on a data cd and burn it, right?
