is silverfall any good?

I have not been hearing good things about it.

Diablo pseudoRPGs are not my thing, but I have heard that Titan Quest is similar to Diablo.

If you like FPShooters with a mixture of RPG elements, might I suggest Vampire: The Masquerade, Bloodlines (on steam), it is one of my favorite games, it also uses the HL2 engine.

If you want a true RPG that is probably one of the best games ever made, try to find a copy of PlaneScape: Torment, but beware, lots of reading and dialog interaction in that game, some would find it boring, but the story and character development (plus the extensive ability to interact with loads of dialog options that actually mean something) keeps you fully immersed. Another good "true" RPG is Baldurs Gate (PC version, the console version is an entirely different game developed by another company).
