so I found this posting on craiglist for a master bedroom in a 5000sq ft house:
This is a posting for the master bedroom in a 5000+ Sq. Ft Hillside Estate Mansion to share. The room is very large and is fully furnished. It is large enough that it has an office space, a living area space and a bedroom space. The room has a large double door entry and the there is a large rear window that spans the length of the wall with the forever city lights views of the san fernando valley and calabasas. There is plenty of storage with 3 closets. The room also has recessed lighting.
The room includes full access to the amenities of the house which include a full gourmet cooks kitchen with all high end appliances, sub-zero refrigerator, "top of the world" kitchen at the highest point of the house with large windows all over with unbelievable views.
Game room with "sunken floors" and huge 30 foot vaulted ceilings, billiards, big screen, entertainers bar, exotic animals on display. Multiple terraces throughout the house all with forever views of the city lights and surrounding mountains.
but there are 3 other people in the house... is this a good idea? I would be saving about 300-400 a month after all utilities are included compared to living in a 1 bedroom apt..
what would u do? take a look at the housemates first?
