Is SETI@Home still down?

I have this red sattellite upside down and it's not crunching, is SET@Home still down? And if it is, how come there are people who are getting ahead of me when it's supposedly down?

Can I download WUs from you? And the program is trying to connect me to my account (black box comes up, DOS-like), why is that?

By connecting to my proxy you are taking work units form me and will transmit any completed work units to the proxy. Once the proxy has a connection to berkeley the work units will automatically be sent in.
