Did cavemen laugh at each other when someone burned themselves with fire?

I crashed this weekend mtn biking. My friends just laughed at me and texted each other pics of my wounds and post it on Facebook/instagram. I don't think women are capable of such treachery

The only difference is that your buddies will laugh at you right in front of you, the women will laugh behind your back. You choose.

I think it goes back to the idea that men are supposed to be tough. Your friends most likely assumed that your injury wasn't serious, so they weren't going to show any concern. I mean... they can't, or they'd seem like weak, uber-beta males.
