i haven't followed Ga Tech BBall very long so i can't name many of the older players. but i can't imagine that there are many as good as or better than Marbury.

D. Scott, Decent servicable SF/SG. he could put up 30 on a good night. but he was weak on D.
J Salley, Decent PF/C probably not as good as D. Scott.
M. Harpring, probably not as good a scorer as D. Scott but better overall player
K. Anderson, probably one of the bigger flops in BBall history. but is a legite point guard. Boston should have kept K. Anderson. if they had him, i bet they would have won 10 more games this season.

I can't think of any other Ga Tech players that turned pro, i'm sure there are more.

let me know what you guys think.

of the players you mentioned, i think Marbury is the best.

i remember always using him on NCAA Basketball for SNES :p

i can't think of anymore star players to come out of there.

Salley's got a couple of rings, doesn't he? That's gotta count for something.

Although Marbury is probably the most talented out of that list.

ya.

it's funny tho, when K. Anderson was at Ga Tech he was touted as the Next GREAT pg. i mean he had (and still has) all the skills.

then Marbury came around and everyone forgot about K. Anderson.

Marbury tho, if he keeps his head together, he could be better than Kevin Johnson.

Maybe but no everyone makes the transitions... Like going from HS to College then to pros.
