Is Russia planning to get invovled with the war? Maybe Russia wants to take over the United States?

ever been to russia? those lands aren't so great, and i wouldn't say russia is prospering....
but seriously, NO!!!!
Umm, obviously you don't know anything about Russian-US relations. We send the most foreign aid to them, to feed their people, to help their industry, to build their military, and if they attacked us, we would drop all of the foreign aid, and they would be, in essence, nothing.

Actually I knew about this and what will happen a long time before the Left Behind series was published.
The only thing limiting the money Russia makes is their ability to distribute oil to the rest of the world. They (Lukoil and Yukos) are having trouble spending the amount of capital generated and the infrastructure is growing rapidly. Russian banks can't handle what the Russian oil companies are bringing in and that is a fact. The US is barely a customer now, but in 2-10 years we will be getting around 25% of our oil there.
Dude, don't mean to burst your bubble but you are stoned! Most of the nukes Russia has now probably couldn't get off the ground. There military is complete crap, hell they have to ask us for money just to keep flying their soyuz resupply missions to the space station.

The Soviet Union at it's peak couldn't have taken us on in a conventional war. What makes you think they could now. Also good luck to anybody dumb enough to try and invade the U.S. mainland. Before they try it they need to watch the movie Deliverance. Every good ol boy in the South would be making the Russians, Chinese, whoever squeal like pigs if they were dumb enough to come ashore down there....

Nah. Most of the life on it would end, but after a few thousand years, stuff would start to come back.
