I'd say he is still relevant. His relevancy has always come for a knack for telling a large audience exactly what they want to hear, rather than having any ability to sway opinion. But it does create a consolidated voice for those people to intimidate people in the GOP.

Rush was NEVER relevant. The guy has not actually accomplished anything real in his whole life. He's just a pundit, which is code for someone who's not even good enough to be an actual politician.
