Is Rome from HBO coming out on DVD at all?

I can't seem to turn it up here in the United States on DVD at all.

Yep. They definately make the best movies and shows. I only got to see one episode of Rome 🙁 I want to see more!

According to this it is supposed to be out in August, but I haven't seen any conformation from an official site or anywhere else for that matter.

Yes-- this is HBO's release policy:

release season 1 on DVD when season 2 starts so they can cross promote...
release season 2 on DVD when season 3 starts...

etc...
